Lara Johnston - Following Dad

 Lara Johnston graduated early from the prestigious Marin Academy in San Rafael, California. She deferred enrollment to New York University, University of California - Berkeley, University of Southern California, among others, to focus on her singing career.

Has one older brother - Christopher. Parents are Tom and Diane.

The daughter of Tom Johnston, one of the original Doobie Brothers.
